In September of 2021, my work became part of Windows on Pawtucket. The image I created focused on mental health and well-being. I have always felt it was an important topic but it really came to the forefront in 2020 with the pandemic. Why is mental health and well-being so important? Mental health and well-being give people balance in life and life satisfaction. Also, you can support others while supporting your own overall well being.
